Hi-I am Lois-a military wife. I am married to Rich and we have 3 girls, Ashleigh - age 14, Millie - age 7 and Valerie - age 3. Ashleigh - she is the smart one. She is very interested in computer games and books. She is very beautiful. Millie is 7 and Miss Social Butterfly - she is the neighborhood greeter. Valerie is such a miracle. I am a stroke survivor from 1999 and was told that I could not maintain my pregnancy with her. But in March 2002 she proved the doctors wrong. She has some challenges that used to be a lot more serious than she is now. At age 2, we discovered that part of her brain was missing. Starting on August 29th, she is going to start going to special education for K-3 - 5 mornings a week. I am also a victim of panic/anxiety/depression. Have been on medicine for years. I also have chronic migraines. I really hope to write an interesting blog and I am really wanting to get to know other people. I am a very giving person and a friend to many.

Hi lois:*) I too have my Panic attacks,and Naturally UNNECESSARY stress that triggers off MORE anxiety and panic:( I am glad I found you here and you were there for me when I was so worried:) BIG HUGE THANKS for that!
